Total Body by Bender is a total wellness studio that offers Pilates, cash-based physical therapy, massage therapy, fitness classes, and more for full care of mind, body, & spirit! Private and group classes are available using a variety of equipment that challenges balance, stability, and strength using the classic Pilates principles. We range from post-rehab programs and fitness to performance enhancement.
Total Body by Bender strengthens you from the inside out, focusing on gaining a deep inner core and more superficial outer core muscles before powering through the overworked muscles of the arms & legs. This avoids injury and improves mechanics.
Options for your first session in the studio:
1. Pilates 1 on 1: For clients that know they want Pilates and reformer
2. Fitness Assessment: For clients who do not want to take Pilates but want to take other classes.
3. Private Stretch & Release: Hands-on tissue mobility & stretching by licensed professionals. During this stretch & release a fitness assessment will be done. This option is best for patients dealing with chronic conditions.
We recommend you complete one of the options above for ANY classes if you are a new client. The fitness assessment is 30 minutes and is NOT free.
Please note that if you have taken level 1 and not returned to the studio in more than 6 months, you must take another level 1 class as a refresher before moving on to level 2. This eliminates skill frustration and will aid in injury prevention. Level 2 is higher intensity than level 1, and you must know the basics before moving on!
While bungee fitness allows for up to a 70% impact reduction, we are still teaching higher energy classes. Having said that, if you struggle to run for more than a few minutes, or cannot do a burpee or pushup, you may find this workout challenging! (Challenging is OKAY! And you can still do it, just pay attention to modifications!)
We do have to enforce a weight limit. Due to equipment regulations, you MUST weigh at least 90 pounds, and you must NOT weigh more than 275 pounds. You will be weighed privately, to customize your bungee station. You must be 13 years old and have a parent-signed waiver.
If you are pregnant, you are unable to take these classes. If you have had any recent surgeries, or have any major health concerns, we strongly recommend you speak to your doctor before signing up for a class.
You must fill out a waiver and health summary before you are able to participate. Be sure to eat a few hours before and use the restroom because we do not stop for breaks.
Bungee weighing and hookup begins at the class time listed! Classes are an hour long, the first 15 minutes are dedicated to setup and safety procedures. The actual bungee time is 45 minutes long. If you show up at 8:15 for your 8:00 class, you will not be allowed in.
PLEASE do not enter the classroom until 5-10 minutes before class. We give time between classes for people to leave and new people to get settled. Please do not walk into another class unless you are experiencing an emergency!

MUST DO STEPS: Once you find your desired class click ‘book’. On the next page make sure all the information is correct and hit ‘next’. Next, click ‘checkout’. Before being scheduled you MUST hit ‘request’. If you do not hit ‘request’ you will NOT be signed up! Please make sure you complete that step, so the request is sent to be approved.

For bungee classes:
Ladies MUST wear leggings or tighter sweatpants, a supportive bra, and tie your hair up in a bun or braid. We do suggest not wearing shorts, crop tops, or just a bra.
Men should wear sweatpants and a regular T-shirt.
We offer padding for legs and stomachs for optimal comfort.
For all classes:
Ladies will want to wear leggings, shorts, or sweatpants that allow movement, a supportive bra, and tie your hair up in a bun or braid!
Men should wear what they are comfortable in and that allows full range of motion.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and sweat towel if needed!

You must register yourself with www.vagaro.com or the Vagaro app. Then you can search “Total Body by Bender”, to see our current price list. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Everyone must register and pay for themselves. This reduces the chance of booking errors. Since we only have 8-10 people in a class, everyone must be on the class list. If you are purchasing for someone under 18, they must have their own account.
A no-call/no-show will result in losing your class. No exceptions! Late cancellations (within 4 hours of a class) will result in losing your class!
Want to bungee with all your friends? We offer private fitness classes of all difficulty levels. Regular class rules & guidelines must be followed to participate in these parties. These parties can accommodate up to 9 participants & 1 instructor.

Yes! Bungee is a real and effective cardiovascular and core workout. Bungee may appear easy because of all the smiling faces you see online in our videos, but most of our participants are shocked by how much more difficult bungee is when they try it for the first time. We are running and flying against the resistance that the bungee cords provide, using our abdominal muscles to maintain proper form and posture while performing those exercises. This is a low-impact form of fitness, but it is NOT no impact.
If a class says “waitlist” next to it, that means that the class is currently full. If you select waitlist, Vagaro will add you to the waitlist, but this does NOT mean you are automatically in the class. If someone drops the class during the day, you will be added to the class. If you are not added, your pass will still be available to use for another class. This is why email/text opt-in is very important when registering because you will receive an email/ text to let you know you’ve made it in the class. If you do not opt in, it will be up to you to pay attention to the class you’re waitlisted for to see if you’ve been bumped in.
