Cancellation | Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made via the Vagaro app, we will not take any emails/text/calls for cancellations unless an emergency situation. Please, if you think you won’t make it to a class, cancel as early as possible, as this allows others, who may be on the wait list, to get to come to the class. 

Latecomers may be denied entry to class as this is disruptive to other members and your instructor. If you are late to class you will forfeit your class session if you have a class pack or will be charged a fee for members.

A no-call/no-show will result in losing your class. No exceptions! A late/ no-show fee may be applied.

Packages & Sessions are non-refundable.  If a class is cancelled you will not lose a class & it will be reissued for later use.
