Pilates

Pilates builds a strong core, increases strength and flexibility simultaneously, and improves posture, stability, and alignment. You become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how best to control its movement.

Group Reformer

$30 | $200 for 8

A 60-minute, 4:1 session.

A low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Through controlled movements and breath, it promotes balance, alignment, and functional strength, making it suitable for all fitness levels. 

Private Reformer

$60 | $400 for 8

 *Use for initial assessment or ongoing maintenance*


A 60-minute, 1:1 Pilates reformer classes.

This session will focus on your personal imbalances and goals at the pace you need for success. This dynamic and effective class will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more balanced.

Therapeutic Private Reformer

$70 | $480 for 8

*Use for initial assessment or ongoing maintenance*

A 60-minute, 1:1 Pilates reformer classes.

This session will be more "therapy" focused. This is recommended for people with complicated medical history or orthopedic issues! 

Pilates Mat Class

$20 | $150 for 10

A 60-minute, 6:1 session. 

These small group classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and developing long, lean muscles. This class may use foam rollers, BOSU, Swiss Balls, discs, weights, therabands, or Flexibelt!
