Nancy is a physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She graduated from University of Indianapolis with a MSPT. Her mission is to empower individuals in a meaningful and heart-centered way to support their healing journey. She has a strong belief that true healing involves body, mind, and spirit. She specializes in John Barnes Myofascial Release, and she is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (energy healing). Nancy shifted to a more holistic approach to her PT practice after dealing with a personal health crisis in 2011. She discovered Myofascial Release (MFR) and Healing Touch (HT) were an essential part of her own healing process, and she knew she had to add these skills to her tool belt. She has worked with all ages from 0 to over 100 utilizing MFR, a variety of traditional physical therapy methods as well as Healing Touch.

I then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2005. After moving back home to pursue my practice, I became one of few chiropractic physicians within local hospitals for the next decade. I opened up The Pain Relief and Healing Center in Cheviot, where I spent the next 9 years developing long lasting relationships with patients. I have a similar mindset of TBBB - improving peoples‘ lives by balancing their alignment! I do this with passive rehab by unwinding patients with precise muscle work, while Emily stabilizes patients into position with active rehab & exercise.
