Emily is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance where she completed 500 hours of teaching, take, and practice. She mentored Jacqui Haas, ATC Polestar at the Cincinnati Ballet for 3 years. In 2018, Emily became a Balanced Body Instructor through their Comprehensive Bridge Program.

Caroline is a certified Stott Pilates Instructor. She grew up dancing at the Cincinnati Ballet before attending Mercyhurst University. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance and a minor in English. After graduating in 2022, she danced professionally with Big Muddy Dance Company in St. Louis, MO. With her

As an avid athlete and lifter, MG has always embraced challenging workouts, despite her struggles with hyper-mobilization and pelvic issues. Her journey began long before TBBB was created, starting in Emily's living room. With Emily's guidance, MG has learned to incorporate Pilates, modify exercises, and protect her body while continuing to enjoy sports and intense workouts.
