All our classes are welcoming & encouraging, emphasizing the synchronization of breath with movement. With a maximum of six students per class, you'll find it easy to learn yoga poses and explore how to move in harmony with your body.
Our yoga sessions are centered around mindfulness, movement, and meditation. This class requires no prerequisites and is welcome to all skill & fitness levels!
