Yoga Deepening your Practice

$20 | $150 for 10

A 60-minute session.

This all-levels class begins with a mindful warm-up and builds into a dynamic flow that supports strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will receive clear guidance and options, while experienced students can explore deeper variations. Each session includes a themed advanced pose—like crow, handstand, or bird of paradise—with a focus on steady progress over perfection. Come as you are and enjoy the journey.

Experience a private  yoga class tailored to focus on mindfulness, movement, meditation, and the importance of breath. This class requires no prerequisites and is welcome to all skill & fitness levels!

Functional Strength

$20 | $150 for 10

A 60-minute session.

The Functional Strength class is designed to enhance your ability to perform daily activities more effectively. This full-body dynamic strengthening workout utilizes resistance through 5-10 lb weights, therabands, rings, balls, and more. You’ll build overall muscular strength and endurance, improve balance and joint range of motion, and increase flexibility. 

TRX/PSM

$20 | $150 for 10

A 60-minute session up to 5 people!

TRX workout is a suspension training program that utilizes bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. 

Adult Ballet

$20 | $150 for 10

 A 60-minute session.

Miss your dance days? Come try a fitness class with Caroline where you don't have to keep up with teenagers! Caroline minored in ballet and danced professionally!
