Low impact, high cardio while working on core stability, proper mechanics & postural alignment. Skills in this level include squats, plunges, burpees, knee flys, & intro to needles. The unique way the bungees simultaneously add resistance & absorb impact on the joints makes this a challenging yet beneficial workout. This class is ideal for people who aren’t looking for a breakdown & introduction of each skill.

New to bungee? You are in the right place! This class is your introduction into a bungee fitness class. You will spend time getting comfortable in your harness, learning bungee terminology & the fundamental skillsets used in all bungee classes. You'll learn to find postural alignment, proper foot mechanics, & core stability in the bungees. This is a teaching course designed to prepare you for the workout.
